The site http://reactquickly.co/demos appears to be down: "An unexpected error has occurred."
It is Dec 9, 2017. This book has been in MEAP since July 2016! The estimated publish date is sometime this month, yet it is not complete and already quite out-dated, and the last update was a month ago. It really does not seem that the author or Manning has any real commitment to finishing it with a high degree of quality, quickly.
I'm just starting with React Native. I've gone through the little "Getting Started" tutorial where they have you setup an app via create-react-native-app (and Expo). I'm wondering why the book doesn't seem to mention create-react-native-app.
Is create-react-native-app the new preferred way of starting a project, or do you recommend sticking with "react-native init"?
