B.4.2 "Deploying your own files" states job definition files can be added to META-INF/spring/batch/jobs. What about the jar files? For example, if your job has its custom item reader & writer implementation which are packed in a jar file, where would you add it? Is it {spring-batch_admin_sample}/WEB-INF/lib, aka, the web application's lib folder? If so, if the custom job jar has different versions of dependencies (spring*.jar, spring-batch*,jar, common*.jar), you could run into class loading conflicts, right? Is there a way to load the jar in a separate context, like how the job definition files are added?
