i am the newbie for the hibernate
in your book , why implement hibernate in the filter class
for this you give the reason when the user need to view the data on
presentation layer , connection should be open till the request is fullfilled

but what is need of that concept

why not we store the data in the collection after opening the session
in the controller class

then we close the session in the controller

after that we set that collection in the request scope then
forward it on the success page

open the session on the presentation page
is n't it a bad design

if you consider that the data is changed
between an entire cycle of request then
it will goood

but in view good database design
can not change the data
when a read operation is fired into the table

after implementing this concept
the response could be slow
i am little bit confuse
please help me
