here is a new question: when user send message to a user that is not online, the message should be something like:

<message from='' Server message. >
to=''> Addressed to “iain” client.
<subject>Welcome!</subject> The message’s “subject.”
<body>Welcome to Jabber! </body> The message’s “body.”
<x xmlns='jabbersmilie:delay' Optional server delay “X extension.” >
from='' Indicates account where message delayed.
stamp='20011206T18:22:09'> The time the message was sent/received.
Offline Storage Message explaining the delay.

I want to know does the x packet composed by client side directly, or by the server side (the server determine if the user is offline, then add the x part accordingly).
