Where can I find the Errata list? Going through each message to find each
errors is not effincient and error prone if I miss one. A consolidated list is
easier to deal with, since is all in one place.

Great Book.

Re: Errata List - Where?

Thanks. I will check with the people at Manning to see about putting up a
list. In the meantime, here are all of the items that I have:

Page 322, 5 lines from the top, DataSet should be DataGrid

Listing 16.3 – Need to set a value for the ClassID field.

Page 67 - listing 7.1, the connect string points to the wrong directory.

Page 67 - listing 7.1, the name of the database in the connect string is
wrong. The actual file name is
"C:ADONETProgrammingDataADONetSampleAccess.MDB;"

Page 102, Console.WriteLines have bogus values.

Page 130, @GetTeacher vs @SomeTeacherName

Page 135, ditto

Page 4, 2nd paragraph, help should be helps

In Chapter 10, section 10.2 COMMANDTEXT AND COMMANDTYPE the following line:

SqlCommand comm = new SqlCommand(conn);

Should be

SqlCommand comm = new SqlCommand("",conn);

General comment: “LocalHost” works on SQL Server, but not on MSDE. “(local)”
works on both.
