I own a couple of .NET books in e-format. All the other books I have use color
extensively for heading etc. How come the ADO.NET book does not use color?

I Have to admit that I have not seen the e-format version of the book. I
didn't really use color when creating the manuscript because I was aiming
primarily at print format, but there was _some_ color in it (particularly some
of the screen shots).

I suspect the reason is that the e-book was built directly off of the same
manuscript as the print version, and of course the print version can't use
color.
