Hi Chris,
Greetings! The eventuate tram framework looks really promising. I'm working in an enterprise application and need this log tailing support for MS SQL server. I understand that in microservices world everyone is looking for small database footprint, but I need this log tailing to publish JMS messages for a legacy system. Oracle has Golden Gate framework and few other open source versions, SQL server doesn't have any such APIs/open source tools.
Do you have any plans to explore this?

Thanks,
Sujoy

Sorry for the delayed response. Glad you like the look of Eventuate Tram.

It's certainly our plan to support other databases and message brokers.
Today Tram supports MySQL, and Postgres with Kafka.
The next release (currently this branch https://github.com/eventuate-tram/eventuate-tram-core/tree/wip-unified-cdc), which is imminent adds support for ActiveMQ and RabbitMQ.

However, I don't have a specific timetable for SqlServer support.
I created an issue for this: https://github.com/eventuate-tram/eventuate-tram-core/issues/36
