HI,

I thought when I bought this book that all the main languages for Spark were inside:
- Scala, Python, Java

But there is only Java!
Can we have Source Code for Scala and or Python?

Thanks!

Sorry guys for the long time without a proper answer.

To give you a little bit of background, the original title of this book was Spark with Java. The motivation for writing the book is to address the Java developers who is starting their journey to Big Data with Spark. On this journey, there was not a big need for Scala or Python. However, in those times, a book is a word in progress and Manning does a pretty good job with the MEAP. So we can adjust.

I'd be happy to open the repositories to anyone who wants to contribute Scala and/or Python code (and you'll get your name and my thanks in the book!).

I know it does not give you an immediate answer or solution, but we are working on it!
