1. Pg. 253, Table A.4, last entry, 3rd column, last parameter is: "String
indication [sic; "indicating" used previously; see Attlist] whether or not the
DTD is standalone" whereas the POD has: "Standalone will be either true,
false, or undefined if the standalone attribute is yes, no, or not made
respectively."

2. Pg. 252, Table A.4, 3rd entry from bottom: 1st, 3rd and 4th parameters have
a period (.) at the end contrary to every other entry in the table.

3. Pg. 235, 7 lines from the bottom: "If there is a problem, prepare [sic]
will return undef." "Prepare" should be in code font.

4. Pg. 239, 6 lines from the top: "The same as THOUSANDS_SEP, but used for
monetary values (formatted using format_price [sic])." "Format_price" should
be in code font.

5. Pg. 239, 11 lines from the top: "The default is USD ." There appears to be
a space between the "D" and the period.

6. Pg. 240, 4th bullet from bottom of page: "...divided by 1024 and he [sic]
value..." Should be "the".

7. Pg. 245, 3rd bullet from bottom of page: "Tells the parser the [sic] you
have..." Should be "that".
