"Make your own neural network" by is the easiest introductory book i've seen so far
it's about neural networks but i also can introducing you to ML world
.
and you may have a look on "Hands? On Machine Learning with Scikit?Learn and TensorFlow" by Aurélien Géron is awesome
he we bring you from zero to wide range machine learning algorithm and second half of the book focus on deep learning with tensorflow
.
how about free book?
yeah "An Introduction to Statistical Learning: with Applications in R" by by Gareth James, Daniela Witten, Trevor Hastie, Robert Tibshirani, this is the best free book on machine learning with R code and they also run free course for the book as well
.
a PDF link can be found here
https://www-bcf.usc.edu/~gareth/ISL/ISLR%20First%20Printing.pdf and free course here
https://www.r-bloggers.com/in-depth-introduction-to-machine-learning-in-15-hours-of-expert-videos/ .

Good suggestions. I would also recommend Grokking Deep Learning by Andrew Trask
