Just a couple minor ones:

Listing 11.5, 3rd paragraph down

I believe "with each worker managed by the Todo.DatabaseWorker process" should be: "with each worker managed by the Todo.Database process" since each Todo.DatabaseWorker is a process being managed, not the process doing the managing.

11.3.3

The `parse_date()` function and `match _` macro are not found in the listings, but only on the code repository. Perhaps that was intentional.

The parse_date function has been removed in the latest version. The relevant change in the code can be seen here.

The match macro is indeed intentionally left out. I'll double check again and see if it makes sense to include it.
