Span<T> and Memory<T>
is there going to be a discussion on Span<T> and Memory<T> ? This has been described in various places as a huge advance, but I must admit that I need to get more context to understand what they can be used for.

I expect to introduce them briefly as motivating factors in a lot of the ref-related features, but I don't expect to give massive in-depth coverage.
