I see at the main web page of the book some quotes from some people, I guess readers, who provide some short review about the book.
For example:

"This book accomplishes what it sets out to do - let nearly anyone 'grok' Bitcoin. It does so in an engaging and story-like manner, letting us build up our own blockchain by iterating repeatedly on a system for tracking an alternate currency in a company."

~ Joel Kotarski

I am wondering, how is that possible when only three chapters, in beta version, are available.
How can we trust them?

Hi,

Sorry, I missed this thread.

We have some hand-picked reviewers that we throw this book at. Those comments you refer to are from the first round of reviews from those reviewers.

Again, sorry for not answering earlier.

Hi Kalle,

Thanks for taking the time to reply to my question.

So, do you mean that these reviewers have at their disposal more than the three chapters I see as available?

Because, if providing such astonishing reviews is based merely on three chapters in beta version, I am wondering if I should ever trust again in my life any reviews.

Kind regards!

Yes, they had the first 4 chapters. The reviewers did not read the whole book (as it doesn't exist yet). We got a lot of feedback, both negative and positive, from our reviewers. Marketing picked some of it to publish, and I agree that it sounds like this reviewer had read the whole book, which can seem a bit unfortunate.

Thank you

Well, read all chapters and cant say that I found something helpful. BTC is a unique crypto and it is the main advantage. I dont think that it is possible to get some big money mining or trading it. Reminds me bitcoin casinos or something like that.

I like gambling but I'm not a great fan of it. For me it's just an other interesting way of spending my free time, smth like a small hobby, I've never been obsessed with it. I like to buy lottery tickets time till time, however I've never been lucky with them. It's the same with various sport bettings but this type of gambling is really a rare thing in my case smilie
I adore playing different card games with my friends, we rather often play poker, whist etc. on weekends but considering that it's a totally friendly game for us, we never use money as a prize. It's just interesting and very fun, besides it's almost only one type of gambling where you can improve your skills and become a better player. All other types are total luck and it's funny to see how some people hope for winning smth big in that way smilie
I tried casinos too, I was in real ones several times and I played online ones http://onlineslotsx.com/slot-games/andy-capp/ too. I liked slots and blackjack the most of all, I even won money two times and that was cool. I think that it's ok if you're such a small player as I, gambling is rather often considered as a very bad thing but in my opinion if you can control yourself easily, there's nothing scary in it.
