Section 6.4 :
To avoid this problem, the Throttling Throttle function provides a layer of protection by controlling
the rate of messages, preventing them from flowing too quickly.

You should alert the reader to the destructive effect of Throttle.
Thus, the events that arrive faster than the given frequency are overridden, not buffered.
I mean, if E1 and E2 arrive within the timespan specified to Throttle, E2 will override E1 : E1 will never be observed.
If the events were buffered, again we could run into some memory overflow issue...

I am aiming to expand the section to explain the destructive effect of Throttle, including the differences between alternative operators like buffer, sample and Throttle.
