It would be fine if you can update the examples to include string interpolation and new syntax from c# 6 instead of the old string.format. It's clearer but I understand not everybody is familiar with this one. Just a suggestion

I've been having an internal debate with myself over this. There examples could be cleaner and shorter by using a few bits form C# six like expression bodied properties, but that assumes the reader knows these features. As it gets closer to full publication I may revisit and use C# 6 goodness everywhere.
