If I understand your code for populating the modal dialog in Section 3.3.2 (p. 109) correctly, you rely on d3.values returning an array of values which have the same order as the values in the csv file (i.e. the team comes first, the region second etc.). However, according to the API (https://github.com/d3/d3-collection/blob/master/README.md#values) the order of values in the array returned by d3.values is undefined. So could it happen that the dialog is populated incorrectly?

While the order is undefined, under the hood it uses the same for loop order that Object.values does, so no I don't think you could run into a problem with it being returned out of order.
