Hi Jeff!,
Great book! really like the writing style.
Just wanting to clarify, reactive ml systems are essentially online machine learning systems connecting to a stream of data?
In terms of the overall work flow the ml model is an online (per data point learning model) model than learns for each data point connected
to a stream.

Not really. The reactive in reactive machine learning isn't necessarily about streams or online learning. Instead, the term reactive is used in the sense of the Reactive Manifesto: http://www.reactivemanifesto.org/ Chapter 1 specifically covers what reactive is and how it relates to reactive machine learning.
