Thanks for the book - very useful. I've tried using versions of Linux for a while and this is a good level.

I cannot replicate Fig 5.11 - I get the Mines but nothing under Reference. I've tried selecting Web as a filter - nothing. I'm using Ubuntu 16.04 - perhaps that's the explanation. But then it seems the later version has reduced functionality!

Found the solution! System Settings did not have online searches turned on!

Thanks, Stephen! That seems like a 14.04/16.04 difference. I wish they didn't change things like that between releases!
