What you've encountered is one of the many differences between Swift 2 and 3. (The method is `enumerated` in Swift 3, and `enumerate` in Swift 2.) If you're using Xcode 7 you'll be using Swift 2 and will find some differences with the book, which has been updated for Swift 3.

Xcode 8 uses Swift 3 and will be out in the next month or so, but if you're interested in checking the beta now and playing with Swift 3, you can download it here: https://developer.apple.com/download/
