Hi Roy,

I've read the previous Notes book and I'm looking forward to the new chapters in the MEAP.

I had a question regarding the amount of slack time. At the beginning of Chapter 5 on Survival Mode, you mention that 20 percent more time wouldn't cut it, that 200 or 300 percent more time would really be required for thorough learning and growth to occur.

I know that hours really don't translate well, but I'm thinking that if we have a standard 40-hour week, then for 200 or 300 percent, we'd ideally only want to have people working 10-15 hours at "normally paced" work. And if they're learning VIM, then probably all 40 smilie

Is this about right? Or am I missing something?

Thanks!
