I quite understand why you don't want the forum cluttered up with topics related to typos etc., and you say these will be picked up by proofreaders. However I will be seriously ticked off if when I get the print book, some have slipped through which could have been spotted by the wider community. So is there somewhere we can report these while adhering to your request not to submit them here? I would have thought that part of the reason for a MEAP is that you have a cohort of dedicated readers who will help find such errors and omissions, effectively for free.

I absolutely agree and would be equally disappointed if typographical error made it through to the print version. I've talked to the people at Manning and they've agreed it would be a good idea to create a dedicated thread for typos.
