Although "Kotlin" >= "Java" && "Kotlin" <= "Scala" is perfectly valid, I tend to prefer:
"Java" <= "Kotlin" && "Kotlin" <= "Scala"

This idiom has the following advantages:
1. All the comparison operators are the same, going from left to right on the standard number line.
2. This is equivalent to "Kotlin" in ["Java", "Scala"], using Math inclusive brackets.
3. It better illustrates that "Kotlin" is BETWEEN "Java" and "Scala", inclusive.

Consider changing this in your example.
