Hi.

First of all, thanks for this book, which is a joy to read.

I noticed two typos while reading it (not finished yet):

- Section 2.2: « and many language offer a concise syntax for declaring them ». It should be "languages".
- Section 2.4.3: « while keeping track of the index of the current item,. ». The comma should be removed

Another, bigger problem is the section 3.4.2 about infix functions. It says: « The syntax works for any member or extension function with one parameter. »

That contradicts the documentation (and the reality): the infix keyword seems to be necessary to use the infix notation.

Now I'll go back to the reading smilie

Typos fixed, thanks! The 'infix' issue has already been fixed; hopefully the fix will be in the next MEAP.
