Using the syntax '{"name":"John"}' for --payload does not work for me in Windows 7 using version 1.10.20 of the CLI. I get the following error message:

A client error (InvalidRequestContentException) occurred when calling the Invoke operation: Could not parse request body into json: Unexpected character (''' (code 39)): expected a valid value (number, String, array, object, 'true', 'false' or 'null') at [Source: [B@3613802f; line: 1, column: 2]

I have to use "{"""name"":""John""}" to get a successful invocation.

Thanks for spotting the issue, and the solution!

I'll add a note in the book that for Windows environments double quotes are required.

My mistake, your suggested fix was not included in the previous update, but it'll go in the next one. Thanks again!
