I like to copy and paste the code snippets from the pdf, so that I can try actually running them in a browser, but in order for the code to execute properly, I first need to remove all the '#A', '#B', '#C', etc. reference markers that are present in the code.

If these reference markers could be commented out in the code snippets, it would be nice.

EDIT: Actually, as I've gotten to Chapter 4, it seems most of the code snippets do have those reference markers commented out; it seems that it's only in some HTML script examples from Chapters 2 and 3 that that's not the case.
