In the following section of 2.3, should we say ubiquitous, versatile or omnipresent rather than prolific?

entire computation. Fold is one of the most prolific combinators in FP.

Yes .. all of the others sound good to me. Let me see if I can change it as chapter 2 is already in pre-production. But I guess it's not too much of oddity to use the word "prolific" smilie
