This might be a point of sole academic interest. Stating that through the right partitioning of tasks in reactive systems "the application is able to scale up to any level without ... performance penalties" is misleading. At least to me, new to reactive systems, it begs the question: Do reactive systems scale to infinite levels? Surely, this is a rhetorical question, but at least I'd prefer a small discussion here on how reactive systems compare to non-reactive, traditional systems in terms of scaling capabilities.
