In section 4.4.1 you mention Guice as an example of DI framework. Are there going to be examples in the book about using a DI framework?

So far we haven't planned to cover this topic in the book. There are several community-developed dependency injection frameworks for Kotlin, and Kotlin also allows using standard Java frameworks such as Spring or Guice, and I don't think there's any community consensus on the best approach to use for dependency injection. In a situation like this, it's better to cover the topic online and not in a printed book.
