The API for the Bitcoin example changed, and no longer supports CHF. Using CHF may throw an error, and can be solved with the following: https://github.com/ionic-in-action/chapter5/issues/3.

In the API call it says: restaurants?age=
It should be: restaurants?page=

The code in the book is correct: ng-if="total > page"
The code on github is incorrect: ng-if="total < page"

That's why infinite scrolling does not work with the github example!

That shortened link is not resolving, but it should take you to http://www.johnpapa.net/how-to-use-npm-global-without-sudo-on-osx/.
