Heading for section 4.2.4 should be "Dealing with events that have no arguments"

By the way, I also saw some proofing errors earlier in the book, but I did not note them down. I will re-read the earlier section on the next MEAP release and check.

Figure 4.4 is correct. I'm showing the sequence that happens when the observer subscribes to the observable that was produced by the Defer operator.
When this observable is being subscribed to, it will internally create the inner observable and then subscribe to it
