Hi, loving the book but have been getting frustrated when reading either the .mobi or .pdf version electronically, because I can't simply cut and paste many of the examples. Footnotes (like "#1") have been peppered throughout.

I understand that you want to keep the examples small which is why you're using footnotes, but would it be possible to put comments in front of them so that I don't need to remove them on every paste?

For example this:

// two sine waves in stereo
SinOsc s => dac.left; #1

// set frequencies
220 => s.freq; #2

// advance time
second => now;

Could become this:
// two sine waves in stereo
SinOsc s => dac.left; // #1

// set frequencies
220 => s.freq; // #2

// advance time
second => now;

I can appreciate that there's something to be gained in typing out the code to improve one's understanding, but as a professional programmer I'm able to understand the code on sight, and would just like to copy+paste to hear the result.

Thanks!

Apologies, just discovered that I can download the example code from the bookshelf, which is a good solution.
