Please, try reading the PDF on a tablet and consider the usability issues stemming from the book's layout.

I read the books on a tablet - one page at a time, and cropped as tightly as I can to get rid of white space so the book is as large/readable as possible. But this book's PDF came as a double-page layout and with a left/right page differentiation (for the nice 'handwritten' gutter notes). This means reading on the tablet can't be cropped in further than the union of the left/right page layouts (as I scroll from one page to the next, the left edge of course shifts, which is a concentration-breaker)..

Can I ask that you put the 'notes' gutter on just one side, at least in the PDF?
