I am new to PowerShell: Is there a simple way to transparently instruct PowerShell to start from a specific user work-area folder? When I start the PowerShell-ISE, it always starts from the C:WIndowssystem32 folder and when I start the regular PowerShell, it starts from my default Windows home directory. I did a search and found a method posted in 2011 - perhaps there is a better method now?

Thank you.
