In Q.2.9 answer it says:

Both the short-circuit operators && and || have the same operator precedence.In
the absence of any parentheses, they are evaluated from left to right.


However in the precedence table and in the answer of Twist in Tale 2.4 it is explained that the && has higher precedence than ||.

Which one is true?
