Use of recipient list routers is alluded to in chapter 5, section 5.3 Routing to multiple recipients, but is never addressed in this section or elsewhere. It would be beneficial to include a description and example of their use.

I'd be particularly interested in the example provided in current Mule documentation, <recipient-list enableCorrelation="ALWAYS" evaluator="header" expression="myRecipients"/> where the list of recipient endpoints is described by an expression, in this case a header called myRecipients.
