Pretty much followed instructions in above section to build first app.

In the project's Properties > Java Build Path > Add Variable...
I do see M2_REPO variable correctly pointing to ~/.m2/repository

But there are 5 errors in the "Problems" View in Mule Studio:

Project 'product_registration_chap01mia2ed' is missing required library: '/Users/chong-limkim/.m2/repository/commons-logging/commons-logging/1.1.1/commons-logging-1.1.1.jar' product_registration_chap01mia2ed Build path Build Path Problem
Project 'product_registration_chap01mia2ed' is missing required library: '/Users/chong-limkim/.m2/repository/com/jcraft/jsch/0.1.42/jsch-0.1.42.jar' product_registration_chap01mia2ed Build path Build Path Problem
Project 'product_registration_chap01mia2ed' is missing required library: '/Users/chong-limkim/.m2/repository/commons-codec/commons-codec/1.5/commons-codec-1.5.jar' product_registration_chap01mia2ed Build path Build Path Problem
Project 'product_registration_chap01mia2ed' is missing required library: '/Users/chong-limkim/.m2/repository/log4j/log4j/1.2.14/log4j-1.2.14.jar' product_registration_chap01mia2ed Build path Build Path Problem
The project cannot be built until build path errors are resolved product_registration_chap01mia2ed Unknown Java Problem

From About Mule Studio:
Mule Studio - Tooling for Mule ESB
Version: 3.5.0
Build Id: 201307221644

After the build, I changed the Mule Project > Server Runtime > Mule Server 3.4.0 CE
So mule-project.xml is:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes"?>
<mule-project xmlns="http://www.mulesoft.com/tooling/project" runtimeId="org.mule.tooling.server.3.4.CE">
<name>product_registration_chap01mia2ed</name>
<description></description>
</mule-project>

Re: errors in "Problems" View following 1.4.1 Installing Mule Studio
The latest version of this section doesn't use Maven anymore, I believe the version you have still does?
