The prefix tel is used but not defined.

In the kindle app for iPad, some [CA] strage characters appear in Listings 4.2 and 4.3.

Thanks for taking the time to contact us.

The tel: notation is not a namespace - it is a URI scheme like http:. The tel: URI scheme is defined in RDF 3966 ( http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc3966).

The [CA] characters contained in the listings are notations to the publisher that the line is a continuation from the one above it. In the final version, the [CA] symbols will be replaced by a special arrow character that represents line continuations.

Maybe it's worth a footnote to enlight readers about it.
