When I attempted to add the Silverlight-enabled WCF Service using Visual Studio 2012 Pro's template it failed to generate the SilverlightFaultBehavior class. I have not determined if this is a bug in VS2012 or whether the class has been moved into a library that needs to be referenced, but to fix the problem I manually added the class and was able to make the sample work. Of course, without the class the [SilverlightFaultBehavior] attribute is unavailable.

If anyone knows why the VS2012 template didn't generate the SilverlightFaultBehavior class I would appreciate the information.
