In section 3.3.1 you mention CodeKit as an alternative to using SCSS from the command-line. It might be good if you also mentioned that various text editors and IDEs support SCSS (cf. http://sass-lang.com/editors.html). (Oh, and by the way, the price of CodeKit has gone up from $20 to $25, it seems. smilie )

True. I've been thinking about expanding that chapter greatly, actually. I think it's a great component to a responsive workflow. I'll make sure to add these notes in the next release.
