Just started working through the book and I've hit a snag with the fancyfoods.web example. I have the WAB built as specified in Chapter 2 and it deploys successfully (as far as I can tell) but I can't access it via the browser.

The bundle is successfully importing javax.servlet/javax.servlet.http (checked via packages command). When the bundle is being installed I do see the following text in the console:

[fileinstall-./load] INFO org.ops4j.pax.web.extender.war.internal.WebXmlObserver - Using [fancyfoods.web] as web application context name
[fileinstall-./load] INFO org.ops4j.pax.web.service.internal.HttpServiceFactoryImpl - Binding bundle: [fancyfoods.web_1.0.0 [47]] to http service

So it appears to me everything is working correctly, however trying to access http://localhost:8080/fancyfoods.web/SayHello results in a 404.

Any idea what is going wrong/what I'm doing wrong?
