In text and figure 3.2 you state that rows need to contain data. This is not true. Columns may be empty even complete rows can be empty. Maybe not usefull. However to uniquely identify rows in a table, one or more columns need to contain unique "key" values per row.

We have changed this sentence:

To add a new row to a table, each row must contain all column information before it can be added.

To add a new row to a table, a SQL INSERT statement can be used to add the available column data to that row.
