Dear Authors,

Where could I find the source code for GIA 2.0? Almost half of the book seems to be already published via MEAP but there is no place to download the source code from (or I can't find it). Copying it from pdf is boring and requires corrections.

BTW. Keep the good work on the book. I'm looking forward on the testing chapter (Spock!).

Re: GIA2 - source code
Have you found the source code yet? I don't know how to get the source code either.

You can find the first edition source code, not updated for the second edition, on this page: http://www.manning.com/koenig/

Look for downlads.

Hope this helps you.

At the moment, the book's code resides in a private repository.
We will open it with the public release of the book.

The reason for this approach is that it enables us to be much more
flexible when we need to restructure it - shifting chapters around and so.

Thanks for your kind words!
