One general comment to all figures. I see that it looks you will not end captions with dot. There are still some figures with dot at the end. I noted all of them but will not post it here. Let me know if you want me to report also this.

When installing Web-ASP-NET I was not successful (missing sources), but I was able to install Web-ASP-NET45. Maybe it's just my issue with machine I have.

Chapter 3.2.2 - Check Get-Windowsfeature *web*, you should have a web-asp-net (.NEt 3.5) on Server 2012. Also, are you running the current beta? That might also be the issues.

3.2.3 - yea, this is an annotation for the Layout folks......they will treat this differently.

Chapter 3.4.4 - fixed.
