Hi,

we are just trying the c-code example "hello.c" from chapter 13 - which makes problems:
When starting the executable in the emulator there is no "Hello World!" output and a segmentation fault occurs.

When we don't compile our own objects (hello.o and crt.o) and use instead those from the project zip archive provided with the book and only link on our own, the error keeps present.

Our dynamic "hello" executable, that our linker produces is much bigger (~35kb) than that from the chapter archiv (~3kb). Also when using the book objects.

1. We are using the windows arm-none-eabi-gcc instead of the arm-none-linux-gnueabi-gcc.
2. We do not use the exact same version number that is used in the book example - ours is a few month newer.

What goes wrong here? - any ideas are appeciated!
