Is this a class I have to create? Do I need to setup the slf4j and log4j libraries? I was not sure if the explanation of the code was just for illustration purposes or if should result in me creating this class and then extending it in the subsequent examples (like the RuntimeServiceTest).

Thanks for the reply. I was actually coming back to post that I found it now (somehow my initial search did not hit it). For posterity, it is in the "common" directory, not chapter4.
