Thanks for the email update in which you stated your intention to include Groovy 2.0 coverage. The Groovy Roadmap shows 1.9GA scheduled for December 2012. Does this imply that Groovy 2.0 and the book will still be unfinished well into 2013, or am I misunderstanding?

Re: The update email and Groovy 2.0
Hi,

the Groovy project roadmap is outdated in that respect. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. The plans are certainly more ambitious.

I'll forward this to the project management.

thanks for posting

Re: The update email and Groovy 2.0
Looks like they fixed it.

- Groovy 2.0-beta-3: February 2012
- Groovy 2.0-beta-4: March 2012
- Groovy 2.0-rc-1: End of March 2012
- (possible Groovy 2.0-rc-2: Mid April 2012 if needed)
- Groovy 2.0-final: April 2012

Much better! Thanks!

Groovy 2.0.0 just released! Should we expect new chapters to follow?
