Hello Gojko,

I have known two types of testers. The first usually comes from the business and is a savy on the process being automated. Many times, the product owner and some stakeholders. The second has a technical background, a developer actually. The latter would be charged ussually with checking, ideally by test-automation and code auditing. Anything in the middle I believe by experience is of little help.

When you talk about the tester role, what exactly do you mean? As in the three amigos workshop, what are the strenghts and weakness of the tester?
