I have the second corrected printing, which I just bought yesterday. It seems
to have fixed the stuff on the posted errata. However, perhaps it introduced
new bugs? On page 34, the string.translate example seems to be messed up, but
not in the way posted in the errata. Could you post/send a correct version?
Thanks,

David Lees

Hi David,

Yes, there is an error on page 34 that made it through to the second edition.
I've sent this in to be posted and it should appear soon, but the problem is:

string.translate(x, string.maketrans{'i','o'), ' ')

change "{" to "(" after maketran:

string.translate(x, string.maketrans('i','o'), ' ')
