It was a long waiting time to have the book but very nice again. A real pitty that the paper quality isn't the same as for the first edition.
I'm not sure this is the place for possible errata( for the first edition there was an "errata" pointer, not anymore for the second edition )

Page 905 21.4.2 line 10:
"Once this is done, the signer receives the private key and can then start signing documents."

As I understand the PKI system you never give away your private key, even to a trusted(?) certificate authority. You send them your public key, your identity,purpose for the certificate ,... that you sign with your private key. They send you back your public certificate, with the trusted chain inside, so anyone can verify your identity.
