I Sure enjoy the book. It uses, needless to say, ExtJS 3.0. The download at Sencha is already at version 4. That's fast.

Would it be possible to offer this older version for download on the book's website? I suppose the author has the code somewhere and the GPL should still be ok, wouldn;t it?

Re: ExtJS 3 Download avaiability
you can use the following in your html <head> for now:

<!-- Ext 3.3.1 -->
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="http://extjs.cachefly.net/ext-3.3.1/resources/css/ext-all.css" />
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://extjs.cachefly.net/ext-3.3.1/adapter/ext/ext-base-debug.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://extjs.cachefly.net/ext-3.3.1/ext-all-debug.js"></script>

and later when you have time down load
and watch
